1. Course Booking Information

We are unable to reserve a place on any training course until full payment has been received and the place has been confirmed to you by us.

By booking onto a training course you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions on this page.

All confirmed attendees will receive a booking confirmation by email plus a course information pack. If you do not receive your booking confirmation or information pack please contact us.

We reserve the right to cancel any booked place and refund any attendee at our discretion.

Booking fees are fully inclusive of refreshments, course materials and up to one month of telephone / email support after the course.

2. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.  All online payments are processed securely via PayPal, you can pay using a debit or credit card or a PayPal account. Signing up for a PayPal account is not required during the process.

An automated receipt is issued for all payments made online.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your place on a training course you must contact us in writing or via email. We can not accept cancellations by phone.

If you cancel your place on any training course within 14 days of the start date of the course then you will be liable for 50 % of the full course fee.

If you cancel the training course within 7 days you will be liable for 100 % of the full course fee.

You may substitute an alternative attendee at no extra charge, you must however notify us of the change at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel, re-schedule or vary any course or part of a course due to insufficient numbers, reasons beyond our control or changes imposed the venue. If this were to happen and you are unable to meet the new schedule we will refund 100% of the fee paid.

If we cancel a training course we will not be held liable for transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs.

4. General

Whilst attending a training venue you are obliged to abide by all Health and Safety policies that are in place at that venue. Where an attendee is disruptive to other attendees, breaches health and safety guidelines or endangers themselves or others, we reserve the right to ask that attendee to leave the venue. Attendees that are asked to leave a training course for the above reasons will not be entitled to a refund.

We do not accept responsibility or any liability for attendees belongings whilst they are attending a training course. This includes personal items and vehicles which are brought onto the training premises entirely at the owner’s risk.

We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave the course if they arrive excessively late or miss any part of the course. In these circumstances there will be no entitlement to a refund.

5. Disclaimer

All information provided by us on your training course is given in good faith and we will not be held responsible for actions taken by the attendee or any other individual as a result of the information provided during the training course.
